5 Exercises for the Glutes

Practice these 5 exercises for the gluteus medius muscles to help prevent common running injuries.

  1. Lateral Hip Abduction – Shuffle steps with resistance bands.
  2. Lunges – Also do side lunges and walking lunges with dumbells.
  3. Single-Legged Squat – Also called a “Pistol” squat.
  4. Step-ups
  5. Hill runs
